The City of Dauphin (the City) is seeking to enter into a contract for the provision of Animal Services in the capacity of Animal Services Officer (ASO), which includes Animal Control Bylaw enforcement, operating the Animal Retention Centre (ARC), emergency animal services, and other related duties as specified in the Scope of Work (Appendix A).
